Just as there are different colors in a rainbow, our emotions exist on a spectrum. They can be positive or negative, useful or unhelpful. When considered together, however, emotions form a whole that develops our spiritual maturity.

Follow your needs to obtain what you desire
When you place yourself above everything else, you make it easier to care for your family when they need you. Ideally, you would always stand by your family and provide them with support. However, this is impossible if you aren’t healthy.
Because of its importance, it’s necessary to be mindful of one’s needs in all aspects of life— including health, finances and pampering— as well as stress relief and relaxation. Once you’re able to meet many of your needs, you’ll notice that many frustrations disappear and that you won’t blame someone else when you don’t achieve your goals.
Don’t ignore your aspirations
We all have hopes and aspirations for many different aspects of our lives. These range from our career to our home to travel. We also have dreams about entrepreneurship, personal relationships and more. All of these are essential parts of who we are.
Continuing to pursue our dreams is important because it helps us realize their importance. By ignoring these dreams, we’re pretending they don’t exist or we don’t remember them.

This space is your personal sanctuary that you constantly update and improve. It’s the place where you should only surround yourself with people who share your values and respect for yourself. This is the only way to connect with the people who really understand and appreciate you. And these relationships can only be formed through a mutual respect for self and others.
